Is There Room in the Hangar for One More Pitts?

Post by ericinexile » 09 Sep 2016 04:25

Hello,

A biplane guy here just visiting and wishing this forum success. I almost couldn't past security. In order to get through the registration process I had to answer how many cylinders an IO-540 has. Thank God for Google! (Two too many, I say!)

If any of you run across a guy named "flyrite" just know he's an imposter. Well, yes, he is a monoplane guy but his heart is in biplanes. The sound of wind through the wires brings a tear in his eye. Well best of luck! And keep the blue side down!

Eric,

Thank you for the kind words. As a bipe builder myself bipes are always welcome here. Especially Pitts!

It appears this forum also welcomes Pitts' so I'll add mine in addition to the Laser and RV4 I posted elsewhere. I built the RV but not the Pitts nor the Laser but they occupy my hangar and it's a colorful place.

Cheers, Hans
